Massage At Your Chosen Location

1. Reservation Policy

Click the "Book Now" button above to book an appointment online or call 850-339-2121. We travel the Emerald Coast from Destin and 30A, to Panama City Beach. We encourage you to schedule 24 hours in advanced. During peak season we will do our best to assist same day requests. 


2. Payment Policy 

Cash is preferred for outcall services, but we do accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, & Facebook Pay forms of payment. Travel and set-up fee is included. Gratuity is not included, but customary & always appreciated by your therapists. Credit/Debit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee. Thank you!


3. Space Requirement Policy

A quiet, comfortable area with an outlet is required for the therapist to set up equipment. A space large enough for the therapist to walk around the massage table. Usually a 10x10 room, deck, patio, or poolside are great choices.  


4.Practitioners Arrival

Your confirmed massage therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time for set-up and consultation for treatment. Feel free to be dressed in comfortable clothes or in a robe ready for treatment. All appointments must be confirmed over the phone before therapist arrival. Please be a scent free and smoke-free environment. Thank you!

5. Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at-least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or the credit card used to reserve the appointment or the clients account will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. The total service amount will be charged for same day cancellations or if client is not at chosen location when therapist arrives. 


6. Massage To Promote Self-Healing & Wellness Policy

All mobile massage practitioners are licensed & insured massage & bodywork professionals. We provide therapeutic massage & bodywork to promote self-healing, relaxation, & overall-wellness. Any inappropriate gestures, behavior, sexual actions, comments, or disrespect will not be tolerated. The session will be terminated & the client will be responsible for the full amount of service. Client will also be denied future service at Lezlie's Mobile Spa. 


7. Medical Concerns Policy

If you are sick or have a contagious or medical condition, please inform the practitioner the day before your appointment to reschedule.
